Reasons to Choose Us
We offer both. Many businesses choose a service agreement for compliance and peace of mind, but we also provide one-off visits if you need immediate help.
Visits are scheduled every 4 weeks, in line with industry codes of best practice. This ensures activity is monitored consistently and your business stays compliant.
After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed visit report along with Safety Data Sheets for any products used (including insecticides, rodenticides, and non-toxic baits). At the start of the service agreement, you’ll also receive a full site plan, Environmental Risk Assessment (ERA), and Risk Assessment. These assessments are reviewed and updated as necessary to keep your business fully compliant.
If you experience urgent pest activity between scheduled visits, just get in touch. Agreement clients receive priority support.
Yes. We cover both SALSA and BRC-accredited sites. Our service agreements are fully suitable for businesses operating under these standards, including those in hospitality, food production, retail, offices, education, and healthcare.
All of our technicians are fully trained and certified in professional pest management, and they continue to develop their skills through the BPCA Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme. This keeps our team up to date with current legislation, safety standards, and best working practices. We also follow guidance from the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU) to ensure every treatment is carried out safely, effectively, and with respect for the environment. Our commercial clients can be confident that their sites are managed to a high and professional standard.
