Meet the team behind Old Bill's Pest Control
At Old Bill’s, our strength is our people. We’re more than technicians and office staff — we’re a team built on trust, growth, and a shared commitment to protecting homes and businesses across Bucks, Herts, and beyond
Our Founder, Dave Kirby

Old Bill’s Pest Control began as Dave’s retirement project after decades with the Metropolitan Police. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a trusted local business, driven by Dave’s belief that people thrive when given the chance to grow. His leadership has shaped the culture of Old Bill’s: professional, accountable, and always learning.
'Growth inside fuels growth outside'
– John Maxwell
A Team Built on Growth and Trust
From the beginning, Old Bill’s has been about more than pest control. Every member of the team is encouraged to develop new skills and bring their ideas forward. That’s why our technicians help run our social media, our office staff join surveys, and everyone contributes beyond their day-to-day role. It’s this culture of growth that makes Old Bill’s both a rewarding place to work and a reliable partner for our customers.
